Overview

The Certain integration connects Greet to a Certain sub-account, allowing event and registration data to sync into Greet for attendee management, check-in, and badge printing.

Once configured, tagged events and attendee data become available in Greet through scheduled syncs.

Prerequisites

Before creating an integration, the following information should be available:

• Greet Super admin or Admin access
• Certain Account Code for the target sub-account
• Certain API credentials (API username and password, API Key)

Each integration connects Greet to a single Certain sub-account, organizations using multiple Certain sub-accounts may require multiple integrations.

 Access the Integrations Page

1. Sign in to Greet and confirm that Admin Mode is enabled.
2. Select Integrations from the left navigation menu.

The integrations page displays all existing Certain connections configured for the account, including connection status and sync activity.

 Create a New Integration

1. Select +Add Integration
2. Enter the integration details
3. Select the appropriate authentication method
4. Enter the required Certain account credentials
5. Save the integration

Test the Connection

After the integration has been configured:

• Test the connection to verify authentication
• Confirm that the integration status is active
• Review the connection details and sync settings

Once the connection is successfully established, Greet will begin receiving data from the connected Certain sub-account during scheduled syncs.

Additional note

• One integration corresponds to one Certain sub-account
• Multiple integrations can be configured when data is managed across multiple Certain sub-accounts
• Event availability in Greet depends on proper Greet tagging and successful syncs.
