Overview
Badge Template are reusable, account-wide designs used for attendee badge printing. Once create, a template can be assigned to events and attendee type as needed.
Create a New Badge Template
- In the left navigation menu, select Badge Templates under the Administration section.
- Select + New Template (found on the top right)
- Enter a template name (names accept up to 50 characters)
- Select a badge size preset or enter custom dimensions
- Choose the appropriate layout mode
- Save the configuration
Configure Badge Dimensions
Several preset badge sizes are available, including:
• Standard
• Landscape
• Name Tag
• ID card
Custom width and height values can also be entered to match specific badge stock requirements.
Select a Layout Mode
Choose the layout format that matches the badge design:
• Singe-sided - Standard badge format used for most events.
• Two-sided foldable - Intended for folded badges or tent card designs.
Customize the Badge Design
After the template is created, design elements can be added and arranged as needed, including:
• Attendee information fields
• Logos and images
• Text elements
• Custom fonts and styling
Templates can be updated at any time and reused across multiple events.
