Any user role that can manage registration records, Registration Support or higher, can process credit card payments, while roles with Reports access only can't.
Can process payments: Registration Support, Event Builder and Administrator users can take a card payment on a registration.
Can't process payments: A user with Reports access only can't open registration records, so they can't take a payment.
Card details: Role restrictions mainly control who can view full credit card information, not who can process the payment.
