If an event, report or page is missing or shows Access Denied, check these things.
The event isn't in my Event List
- The event may be in a different sub-account. Switch to that sub-account and look again.
- Events marked as templates don't show in the regular Event List.
I can't open a report
Some reports need a role on both the event and the report. An account admin can add your role under Event Setup > Details > Role Assignments, and on the report's Setup page.
A shared report link says Access Denied
Opening a shared (tokenized) report link in the same browser where you're logged in to Certain can cause Access Denied. Open the link in a private or incognito window, or log out of the shared report first.
A mass action fails
Another tab or window running an action at the same time can make a mass action fail. Close the other windows, clear your browser cache and cookies, and try again.
I changed my email and can't log in
Your login is tied to your user record. An account admin needs to update the email on your user record. Then clear your cache and log in again.
Pages look wrong or won't load
Clear your browser cache, log out, and log back in.
Next step: Still missing? Ask your account admin to check your permissions for that sub-account and event. Only they can change them.
