You can display content on a Form based on different conditions. When settings up a Logic Rule, the Actions dropdown menu lists Inline Actions and Display Actions. Inline Actions will happen on the same page. Display Actions will happen on a different page.
Example
You have two questions:
- Will you be joining us for dinner?
- Do you have any dietary restrictions?
If you would like the question "Do you have any dietary restrictions?" to appear right underneath the question, "Will you be joining us for dinner?" when it is answered "Yes", you would use the Inline Actions - Display Questions option from the Select Action dropdown when creating the Logic Rule.
In this case, your Online Form Sequence would need to have the Question Section and Logic Rule on the same page.
If you would like the question to appear on a separate page based on certain conditions, you would use the Display Actions - Display Questions or Agenda Items option when creating the Logic Rule.
In this case, your Online Form Sequence would need to have the Logic Rule on the page directly after the Question Section with the conditional question.
