The Verify page shows registrants a summary before they submit. The Confirmation page shows it after. Three places control what appears on them: the Questions page for your custom questions, Registrant Details for profile fields like name and address, and the Verify and Confirm pages for whole sections.
Add a question to the Verify and Confirmation pages
- Go to Plan > Forms and click the pencil icon to edit the form.
- Click Questions in the left menu. Scroll down to the Verify & Confirmation box and click Choose Additional Questions.
- Check each question you want to show, then click Use These Questions. Use Select ALL/NONE to pick everything at once.
- Your questions now show under Questions Chosen. Drag them to change the order, or click the X to remove one. Click Save at the bottom right.
Don't skip Save: Clicking Use These Questions only builds the list. Nothing changes on the form until you click Save.
Show or hide registrant details (name, email, address)
Profile fields have their own setting, separate from your questions.
- Edit the form and click Registrant Details in the left menu.
- Scroll to Active Registrant Information.
- In the Verify/Confirm column, check the fields you want on the Verify and Confirmation pages and clear the ones you don't. This also controls whether the field shows in the confirmation email.
- Click Save.
Hide a whole section
- Edit the form and click Verify in the left menu (or Confirm for the Confirmation page).
- Scroll to Section Headings (on Confirm, it's Confirmation Section Headers).
- Clear the box for the section you want to hide, then click Save. In this example, the Attendee Type box is cleared.
A section with a blank heading doesn't display. For example, before the change, the Verify page shows two sections: Registrant Details (name, email, address and other profile fields) and Attendee Type. After the Attendee Type heading is cleared and saved, the Verify page shows only Registrant Details. Nothing else on the page changes.
Something missing or looks wrong
Most problems trace back to one of the three settings above. Check these first.
A question you added isn't showing
Open Questions and look under Questions Chosen in the Verify & Confirmation box. If it's not listed, add it again. If it is listed, make sure you clicked Save at the bottom right. Clicking Use These Questions on its own doesn't save anything.
A name, email or address field is missing, or showing when it shouldn't
Those fields aren't on the Questions page. Go to Registrant Details > Active Registrant Information and check the Verify/Confirm column for that field.
A whole section is missing
Its heading box on the Verify page (or Confirm page) is probably blank. Type a heading back in and click Save.
Sections aren't in the order you want
The Verify and Confirmation pages always list sections in the same order they appear in the form. There's no separate order setting for these pages. The only way to change the order is to change the order of the form itself, which also changes the order registrants go through it.
A stray "No" shows up
This can come from the Travel Entry section. When a registrant answers No to the travel question, the No answer can show on the page. To hide it:
- Edit the form and click Travel in the left menu.
- Find Travel Entry Setup.
- In the No Label box, replace "No" with (a blank space), then click Save.
Check the form too: The No Label is also the answer registrants pick on the form. After you change it, open the form and make sure the travel question still makes sense to registrants.
Next step: After any change, register a test attendee and check both the Verify and Confirmation pages. Still not right? Contact Certain Support with the form name and a screenshot of the page.
