If registrants reach the confirmation without being asked to pay, the form's page order is usually the cause.
Check the page order
- Go to Plan > Forms and edit the form.
- On Setup, scroll to Page Layout.
- In Online Form Sequence, the last three pages should be Verify, then Payment, then Confirm.
- If Confirm comes before Payment, select it and use Down or Bottom to move it to the end.
- Save, then test the form.
Secure pages: Each page in the sequence sits under a <{Secure Page}> line. Keep one above Payment so card details are entered on a secure page. Use Insert Secure Page if one is missing.
Other reasons there's no payment page
- The registrant's total is $0.00, for example because of a promo code or a free attendee type.
- The payment section was removed from the sequence. Move Payment back from Available Sections.
