If registrants click the browser Back button partway through a form, the form can get out of step with what they meant to change, for example after they change how many guests they're registering. Give them the form's own Edit buttons instead, and turn off the browser back button if people keep using it.
Step 1: Make sure the Edit buttons show
Go to Plan > Forms > (your form) > Verify. Under Text and Submit Button Labels, make sure the "Edit" field has text, like "Edit". If it's blank, registrants get no Edit buttons on the Verify page and can't go back to change their answers.
Step 2: Turn off the browser back button
Go to Plan > Forms > (your form) > Setup. Under Settings, check Disable browser back button and click Save. Clicking Back in the browser then does nothing on the form, so registrants use the Edit buttons instead.
Changing the number of guests: A registrant who picks the wrong number of additional registrants should continue to the Verify page and use Edit, not the browser back button.
Common questions
Do registrants lose anything when the back button is turned off?
No. It only stops the browser Back button from working on the form. The Edit buttons still let them change their answers.

Next step: Open your form as a test registrant, go to the Verify page, and check that the Edit buttons show.
