Your shared graphics library, from upload to live registration form
What this article covers: where your shared header graphics and background images live, how to add your own artwork to a brand kit, and how those assets show up the moment someone builds a registration form. By the end, you'll have new banners and backgrounds ready for your team to choose from, and you'll have watched them land on a live event.
Where your brand assets live
Brand assets live with your brand kits, not inside any single event. Click the palette icon on the far-left rail to open Brand Kit, then open the kit you want to update.
Each kit holds five things, and the two you're working with here sit at the bottom of the Overview: Graphics & Patterns, and Images. One thing worth flagging before you go further, because it catches people out: the kit's Hero Image and Pattern are a separate pair of single slots up on the Overview card. They're not the same as the Graphics & Patterns library below, so changing one won't touch the other. Click Manage Graphics to open that library.
Setting up Graphics & Patterns
Graphics & Patterns is where you define which header banners and page backgrounds show up in Form Builder. There are six slots in total: three for banners, three for backgrounds, each one labeled Primary, Option 2, or Option 3. You're not locking in a single image here. You're building a shortlist, and whoever creates the next form chooses from it, starting with whatever you've set as Primary.
Below those six slots sits the shared library they draw from: every graphic your account has uploaded so far.
Add your own artwork one of two ways: click Upload New, or drag a file straight into the tile. Either way, your computer's file dialog opens, and you can select as many files as you like in one go. They land in the library right away, with no confirmation step, and a moment later you'll see a count confirming how many came in.
Every file you upload here is shared across the whole account. Any kit can use it the moment it lands, so you only have to upload the same banner or logo once.
Once a file's in the library, you'll see its filename, its size, a delete icon, and a drag handle. Assigning a file to a slot is a drag, not a click. And that delete icon removes the file for every kit that's using it, so double-check before you use it.
Setting up Images
Click Images to open the second library. The six slots at the top haven't moved. What's changed is the library underneath: instead of graphics and patterns, you're now choosing from photographs. Both libraries feed the same six slots, and both are shared across your whole account.
When you're done, click Save Changes to lock in what you've added.
Seeing your assets on a real form
Once you've added your graphics and images, head to Events to see them at work. Open the event you want to point at your updated kit, then find its Brand card. It names whichever kit the event is currently using: click the card to open it and make a change.
This is where an individual event picks its kit. The panel on the right shows a live preview of that event's registration form, redrawn using whichever kit you select. Choose a different kit, and the banner, background pattern, and font all update together, because they all travel with the kit. Click Save to apply the change to the event.
- Brand assets live at the account level, inside your brand kits, never inside a single event.
- Graphics & Patterns and Images are two separate libraries feeding the same six slots: three header banners, three page backgrounds.
- A kit's Hero Image and Pattern are separate single slots, not part of this library.
- Anything you upload joins a shared library that every kit in the account can draw from.
- Deleting a file removes it for every kit using it, so check before you click the bin.
- An event's Brand card shows which kit it's using. Change the kit there, and the banner, background, and font update together.
- Click Save Changes in the brand kit, and Save on the event. Either one left unclicked, and your update won't stick.
