Before your first event goes live, run through this list. Every item maps to a video above.
- ☐ Build your brand kit, so every event inherits it
- ☐ Create the event with Architect or step by step
- ☐ Set your registration window, event and form capacity
- ☐ Build your form and check the order reads well
- ☐ Walk the Flow map end to end
- ☐ Customise your confirmation email and send a test
- ☐ Set up any Actions that fire after registration
- ☐ Check your attendee types and statuses
- ☐ Register yourself in Test Mode and open the record
- ☐ Flip to Live, and check test registrations are gone
- ☐ Build the report you'll live in, and save it
- ☐ If needed, import attendees and send invitations
- ☐ Grab your registration link and share it
