There are two ways to build an event in Express. You can describe the whole thing in a sentence and let Express Architect build it, which is what this guide covers. Or you can build it yourself step by step, with AI tools available along the way if you want them and easy to skip if you don't (that path has its own guide). This one shows Architect: you describe the event in your own words, it drafts everything, and you check its work before anything is created.

Open Express and stay on your dashboard. Express Architect is the dark panel across the top. The colored pills underneath BRAND are your brand kits, and Architect builds with whichever one is selected. It starts on the one marked DEFAULT, so your event comes out in your brand colors instead of a generic template.

Click into the prompt box. This is where you describe your event. You can type it, or tap the microphone and say it out loud. If you want a starting point, the TRY chips underneath fill the box with an example you can edit.

Architect needs three things to work with, and you can watch it find them. The pills below the box, Name, Date and Location, turn green as it picks each one out of your sentence. Once all three are green, the Build button activates. Anything else you mention, like how many people are coming or who they are, gets used too.

Architect shows its work as it goes, in a Build Log on the right. It loads your brand kit, reads your description, pulls out the event details, scaffolds a registration form, drafts a confirmation email, and checks your date against your existing events for clashes. Beside the log, a live preview of your registration page builds itself in real time. Nothing has been created yet at this point.

Check its work, then click Confirm & Create Event. This panel is the whole point of Architect: it shows you everything it decided before committing any of it. Read down the list. The percentage at the top is how confident it is in what it extracted. Below that are your start and end times, the venue, the timezone it worked out from the location, the capacity, and an event code it generated for you. Underneath, Skills Output tells you what else it built: how many form fields it scaffolded, that your confirmation email is drafted, and whether the date clashes with anything you already have. Every field here is editable. If it read something wrong, fix it now. When it looks right, click Confirm & Create Event.

Review everything Architect decided, edit anything that needs it, then confirm.
