You can change the words on the session buttons and the messages registrants see, for example to show "Full" instead of "Sold Out."
Where to change them
- Go to Plan > Forms, open the form, then select Sessions.
- Click Session Display Options in the button bar at the bottom of the page. The button only shows when you're looking at the list of session sections, not while editing one.
- Change the text you want, then save.
These settings apply to every session section on that form, in both Standard and Conference sessions. Leave a field blank to keep the default.
Buttons and status labels
- Add to Schedule: the session has open seats.
- Remove from Schedule: the registrant already picked it.
- Add to Waitlist: the session is full and the waitlist still has room.
- Waitlist Full: the session and its waitlist are both full.
- Waitlisted: the registrant is on the waitlist.
- Sold Out: the session is full and has no waitlist (Waitlist Limit is 0).
Messages
Under Session Messages you can change what registrants see when they pick too few or too many sessions in a group (Min capacity, Max capacity), skip a required group (Mandatory group), or pick sessions that overlap (Session Overlap).
Show "Full" when a session has no waitlist
- Turn off the waitlist for the session. Go to Plan > Speakers and Sessions > Sessions, edit the session, expand the session instance, and set Waitlist Limit to 0. Save.
- Open Session Display Options on your form. Under Add/Remove Button Labels, change Sold Out to "Full." Save.
When the session fills, registrants see "Full" instead of a waitlist button.
Hide full sessions instead
In Session Display Options, under Display Options, check Do not display full Sessions. Save. Full sessions drop off the form.
Next step: Open Session Display Options on your form and change the label.
